Home Care Package service provider will identify the daily costs billable to GrandVilla.

When and How do I book and is there a booking fee?

Book in advance to secure a place. Grandvilla will serve your request if there is an availability and first come first serve basis. Booking can be made onsite or on the phone. $200 booking fee applies.

Can I bring my furniture or equipment?

Grandvilla provides variety of furniture and equipment from hospital bed, hoists, chairs to general furniture. But new residents are welcome to bring their own furniture or equipment.

What are the visiting hours and restrictions?

Families and loved ones can visit the residents during the visiting hours (9:30 AM-11:30AM & 1:00 PM – 4:30PM) or as organised

Is there a GP and/or a nurse at Grandvilla?

Grandvilla has a dedicate GP and registered nurse or a palliation nurse is a service on call.

What is covered in Permanent care provided under Residential Care Package at Grandvilla?

The Grandvilla care covers; accommodation, 24/7 care, meals, laundry and housekeeping etc
